The contact owns a 2001 Dodge 2500. The contact stated that the fuel system and fuel injector failed. The vehicle would loose power while driving and eventually stall without warning. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but denied any assistance with repairs to the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired. The failure and the current mileage was 145,000.

: the contact stated while driving at various speeds the vehicle stalls without warning. The vehicle was towed to the dealership, where it was determined the lift pump failed and caused the injector pump to fail also. The components have been replaced each time, but continue to fail.

Vehicle will act as if out of gas and start jerking. Rpms will go up and vehicle seems as if it is going up hill. Sometimes driver will put foot on gas from a stopped position and vehicle will go nowhere. Dealer has seen vehicle twice and had no solution.
