Ram 2500 SLT 6.0L Cummins

My HVAC unit has decreased air flow to the passenger side air vents as well as stops cooling and the air flow decreases dramatically in hot weather. I have taken the vehicle to the dealer and they said that everything was OK and there was nothing wrong with the system. BS. It seems to be freezing up and not allowing air to pass through the register without restriction. If I turn the AC off for 5-10 minutes, it will start blowing again and be cool for another 15-20 minutes. Can't believe that the dealer checked everything and said all was OK after charging me a few hundred dollars. Again, Dodge is going to loose a loyal customer really soon if they don't start taking care of their customers.
