Ram 2500 5.7L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 98,571 miles

I have a majority of my dash lights on. (Check engine light, ABS brake light, airbag light on and another light on). My odometer stopped working at 98751, and my heater will not shut off. It only blows hot air. This all happened at one time. I have had it to the Dodge dealership 5 times and they can't find the problem. I had my mechanic look at it and he thinks it's the PCM. Any help would be great.....

Ram 2500 4x4 Quad Cab Diesel

  • Automatic transmission
  • 45,000 miles

Dealer had to fix this 3 times. Pathetic. The new clusters they installed were faulty. The cluster, by the way is where the brain is. It is located behind the instrument cluster. Easy to replace yourself if your truck is out of warranty.

Ram 2500 XLT 5.7L Hemi

  • Automatic transmission
  • 99,800 miles

Especially in cold weather, seemingly random digits appear where mileage usually appears, and "Cruise Control" indicator turns on even though system is not active. A solid whack on the dash with my fist usually corrects the problem. Sounds like a loose connector.
