There were 3 valve springs that broke in the engine, they all broke at the same time. That is what the dealership told me. Had to have the truck towed.

Alright, a full on engine failure while driving this time. This truck is really getting on my nerves. Had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. after some other repairs and replacing the PCU (computer), the engine was still running badly. No compression on cylinder #2. that's the first cylinder at the front of the engine on the passenger side. Dealer removed the valve covers to inspect and showed me the broken exhaust valve spring. This seems to be a common occurrence with the 5.7 hemi engine at about 160-170k miles. I'm getting tired of dumping money into this truck to keep it running. Some of these problems are a common occurrence and have been reported on numerous occasions and should be recalled by the factory, but are not. After this experience, I don't ever want another Dodge in my life. I'll stick with GM and Ford from here on out.
