The contact owns a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. While driving 40 mph on a four lane road, the contact swerved to avoid striking a dog. The vehicle flipped over and crashed into a wall. The air bags failed to deploy. Two occupants were injured and a police report was filed. The cause of the failure has not been determined. The current and failure mileages were 84,000.
