Windshield wipers do not work properly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! turn on by themselves, stay on constant when in delay, don't come on at all, or have no delay at all but am able to turn on in low or high positions have changed relays, multi function switch, wiper motor, FCM nothing has worked and I can not get help from dealership bought the vehicle used.
