here we go again I no longer get the death wobble fixed and now the steering whines all the time even when you brake. it whines even more with brake resistance. it's totally maddening when you pay that much for a vehicle and every time you turn around it's in the garage. the first time the death wobble they show 1,777.00 to fix it bull crap try almost 3,000. they replaced everything but the steering box but ever since then it either leaks or whines and still no recall on this. I'd like t drive it threw their showcase window I bet I get some attention then. The problem is when they replaced the tie rod they told me they did a 27 point check and everything looked good. what did they do walk around the outside of my truck for exercise when I get in it you have to arm strong to steer it and yet they drove it out of their garage and didn't notice the problem. give me a break.....I make 500.00 a month payment's on a lemon

Steering gear box began to drip, then begin leaking really bad when turning the wheel. Appears the leak squirts from the adjustment screw on top of gear box? Took to Dodge and they stated I need a new gear box. Purchased a remanufactured gear box from Napa. Had installed.

Just replaced original steering gear box with NAPA steerin ggear box <3500 miles and 3 months ago. Now I am having the same issue; the steering gear box is beginning to leak badly from the gear box; coming from the adjustment screw on top of the gearbox. Being this is the second time it has happened with a seperate gearbox; is there something going on here other than the gearbox? Getting very annoyed. Dodge dealerships just tells me I need to replace gearbox. This is getting quite EXPENSIVE and VERY ANNOYING. Dodge needs to teach their folks to investigate these issues instead of jumping directly into advising to purchase new one. Hell at least look at the darn thing!!!! Anyone help please!! Answers Dodge!!!!
