2007 Dodge Ram 2500 (2771 mile,9 mon old) front end locked up at 60 mph. Dealer claimed external damage to differential casing..not covered by warranty.....insurance agrees to pay... no warning prior to event. 2 children in vehicle at the time. No recollection of any collision to cause "damage.
