The contact owns a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500. While driving 35 mph, the contact struck a tree head on. The air bags failed to deploy and he injured his right eye as a result. A police report was filed. The vehicle has not been diagnosed by the dealer. The current and failure mileages were 36,000. Updated 07/10/08. Updated
