Ram 2500 Slt Bighorn 6.7L Cummins

  • Manual transmission
  • 107,000 miles

Bought the truck in January of 2017 from a dealer and everything worked. Since then the AC has stopped working and recently had to replace the heater core. That was an $800 fix. I had them check the AC gas then and they said it was low and brought it up to spec. Still AC, and now the fan module is off and on. It is a complete unit and you have to replace the whole thing for another $500 or more and probably still won't have any AC. Now since having the heater core put in I am losing anti freeze and need to have it pressure tested. Smelling coolant every time I turn on the heat. This truck seems to have a lot of problems and none of them are small.

Ram 2500 6.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 95,000 miles

At 86,000 miles I had to replace the engine. The check engine light comes on every day. The A/C didn't work that good and now it doesn't work at all. I hate it. I have a 1999 Ford F-350 with 232,000 miles that every thing still works perfect. Might I recommend not buying a Dodge. Dodge and Cummings both were no help at all when I had to replace the engine. 6.7 Bluetech POS.
