I have taken the truck in 4 times. They set the PCM, didn't correct the problems. With a load of 5300 lbs. the truck will not go into 4th or 5th gear. Truck runs at 3300 to 4500 RPM's at 70 MPH and gets 5 miles a gal. Dodge factory rep. says truck is doing what it is supposed to and there is no fix for it or no way to make it pull in 4th or 5th gear under a load. I bought this truck in good faith and Dodge stated that this truck would pull 15000 lbs combination weight. Tried to get Dodge to correct this problem or give me a new truck but they refused. If anyone buys a 2500 HD Ram with a Hemi engine and automatic transmission you will truly be sorry because the six cylinder truck and more power and pulling capability than this truck does. This truck is a true lemon. I should know, I have owned 9 different Dodge pickups. The 2500 HD Ram with Hemi is the worst truck out of 40 trucks that I have ever owned and Dodge won't fix it.
