problem #1

Feb 012016

Ram 2500 SL 6.7L Cummins

  • Automatic transmission
  • 98,000 miles

Compressor clutch failure. The area is so tight that replacement of the compressor and serpentine belt is nearly impossible by an owner. After paying to have the compressor and belt replaced, the condenser failed within 30 days. I am starting to seriously question the quality of these vehicles.
