While traveling at 50 mph and as a result of a collision air bags did not deploy, and seat belts came unlatched, causing injuries to driver. Manufacturer has been notified. Please provide further inoformation.

Rear bench seat belt buckles on passenger and driver sides are coming out from seat about 5-6 inches, and middle seat buckle was sitting out about a foot which caused belt to sit to high up, and not providing any support. Consumer has contacted dealer, dealer stated normal operation.

Seat belts on driver's side and passenger's side lock up while vehicle is in motion. Occupants are unable to unlatch or relatch the seat belt while driving. Dealer tried to repair this problem 5 times.
