problem #3

Ram 3500 Laramie 5.9L Diesel

  • Manual transmission
  • 88,427 miles

Already replaced the front section several years ago at my cost. There was minimal labor as I did it myself. The rear section requires a lot of expense to replace. Has already cracked in two places even though the truck has been stored inside six months of every year and a sun shield is always in place in the windshield when the truck is parked.

problem #2

Dec 202005

Ram 3500 Sport 5.9L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 19,455 miles

The dash is cracked and poses a hazard to anyone coming in contact with the extremely sharp edges.

2003 Dodge Ram Dashboard cracked, another known problem for years by Dodge/Chrysler. Wow Dodge will admit a problem with material, but not enough to help there customers.

Will never buy another Chrysler product, no wonder foreign cars/trucks are so popular- its all about "CUSTOMER SERVICE" something Chrysler has forgotten.
