I HAVE A USED AUTO AND TRUCK SALVAGE YARD IN PASADENA TEXAS, AND I SPECIALIZE IN DODGE CUMMINS ENGINES FROM THE FIRST GEN, TO THE COMMON RAILS. NOW MY QUESTION TO YOU GUYS IS, WHEN YOUR COMMON RAILS HAVE TAKEN A SH*T, HAS IT BEEN CYLINDERS NUMBER FIVE OR SIX? EACH AND EVERY COMMON RAIL IVE SOLD HAS HAD NUMBER 5 OR NUMBER 6 OUT. I DON'T THINK IT COULD BE COINCIDENTAL THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ALL THE CORES IVE RECEIVED BACK. SEVERAL CUSTOMERS HAVE SAID THE SAME ABOUT THE "CONTAMINATED FUEL" THING. BUT EVEN AT THAT, IF THAT WAS THE PROBLEM, (WE ALL KNOW ITS B.S.), CONTAMINATED FUEL IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WHAT I THINK IT IS, ITS POOR DESIGN OF INJECTOR WIRING OR POOR AMOUNT OF FUEL GETTING TO THAT CYLINDER. LET ME KNOW WHAT YALL THINK. THANKS. BTW, MY EMAIL IS eddie.valdez@yahoo.com
