- the contact owns a 2005 Dodge Ram 3500. The contact stated that the ball joints and the tie rod ends on his vehicle had fallen off. The contact was driving 20 miles per hour and loss control due to the steering failure. The contact crashed into a tree. There was damage to the vehicle; however, there were no injuries.
