The contact owns a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500. The vehicle has general ameri-trac tires. While driving 45 mph, the contact noticed symptoms of a flat tire and the vehicle rode bumpy. A mechanic stated that the tread on the front driver side tire separated. The tires were replaced. The dot number was unknown. The current mileage was 65,228 and failure mileage was 18,000.
