On rolling down the window, and then back up again the window cracked from inside the door frame upwards and spread along both sides about 2 inches from the bottom of the window. When I went to the dealership service department I asked the service Manager if he had seen this before, and his response was yes he has. Then I stated it must be defective part since it has happened to other vehicles. He then took me over to the service desk and gave the service clerk the year and make of my vehicle. She then quoted me $550.00 for the window plus installation on top of this. I said this was a defective part and should not have to pay for it. Dodge should backup what they sell especially on defective items.
