I purchased headlights from carid for my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500 in December 2019. The headlights have shadows causing dark spots and a hazard. In the interim, I purchased led bulbs from the same company to rectify the problem, but the led bulbs will go dark periodically. Carid will not exchange the headlights for another brand, nor return my money, so I can purchase safer headlights.

The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Ram 3500. While driving, the instrument panel and exterior lighting illuminated brightly and the vehicle stalled. The contact pulled over and discovered that the tipm was smoking and caused six unknown fuses to become inoperable. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence and restarted. After the vehicle was restarted, it caught on fire. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 245,000.

After my son purchased his 08 mega cab 4X4, his signal lights started crossing, in other words when you turn on left it signaled right and wipers don, T function exactly right when changing lanes traffic thought we were going right and they went left on the interstate and we almost collided both going to the left

Trying to signal a turn left and the right turn signal comes. Also when its raining outside my wipers only run at intermittent speed and if I signal right or left while wipers are running the wipers will stop until signal has been turned off. This is very dangerous when raining out are when driving in traffic and trying to change lanes and I can not change cause the signal says im going right and im really trying to go left. Please consider this a safety issue I can not belie it hasn't been already.
