Ram 3500 6.9L Diesel

  • Automatic transmission
  • 34,111 miles

We had a problem whenever we were pulling our travel trailer whn the truck would shift gears it would jerk so bad it would jerk u out of ur seat it was horrible it was also overheating and we only had bout 34000 mile on it, so we brought the truck to a dodge dealership got it bak and they said it was fixed but we had to make a trip and found out that they didnt fix the problems it was still jerking and overheating. so we took it to another dealership and at this time we had bout 3 r 4 thousand miles on it from our trip so now they r saying that our drive shaft is messed up and gonna cost us 1400 dollars which to me should b covered under warranty becuz of the transmission problem. To me the jerking of the transmission, caused the drive shaft to go bad, but they said that it had nothing to do with the transmission jerking. So I called dodge up to c if they would cover the drive shaft but they refused. they DO NOT bak there products. We should not b having so many problems with one freakin truck and it only has 39000 mile on it. WE will NEVER EVER buy another dodge product. DODGE is a SORRY company. I have never had problems with Chevy r ford backing there product, if u had a problem they ALWAYS took care of it even if u were out of warranty. DO NOT EVER BUY DODGE THEY R THE SORRIEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
