Upon having wheel rotated noticed 2-4 inch crack in welding of all four wheels.

Ram Van 2500 4WD Diesel

All four rear wheels are bent. The only people until now to touch this vehicle have been Dodge dealerships(sandoval in nm. They also eventually fixed the speed control which would add 5 to 20 mph to a setting at any time. Very dangerous. I have tried to get T a Dodge dealership here (laramie, wy)to look at my rims and they give me the runaround.
