: the contact stated the latch on the sliding door of the rear passenger side of the vehicle came unlatched any time the inside handle was returned to a neutral position. The vehicle had previously been taken to a private repair shop where the mechanic determined the locking module had failed. The manufacturer was notified. Updated 10/17/2006 -
