I received my 94 Dodge shadow from my parents a couple of years ago. They bought it from some grandma that never drove the thing...Needless to say I got the 15 year old car with 35,000.

Anyways, I noticed sometimes when I turn on the headlights the whole dashboard conks out. I usually give it "the Fonzie" smack on the dashboard. All the lights, speedometer,and trip starts working again. My best advice is to just hit the damn thing!

well after a while of driving and if i have too many thing on at the same time (air conditioning,lights, rear defrost) the speedometer will just stop working or start jumping at different speeds this also means that my odometer does not work when the speedometer is not working so if i knew how many miles it really had on it i would not have bought it. and if the speedometer would have been working then i would have not got that speeding ticket.
