The caller received manufacturer's recall B17 concerning transfer case. Afterit had been fixedheard a grinding noise. While driving at 30 mph the rear tires locked and it jerked the vehicle. Now it makes a noise all the time. Dealer said the caller would have to pay to have it looked at again. Manufacturer said to take it to a dealer to see if it was the transfer case or something else and he would have to pay for it.
