Krane Chrysler has looked at car twice for this. Replacing fuses about 4 times or more a week now.

Fuse burned out. Fuel starter burned out (short circuit) when the engine started I replaced the fuse in multiple occasions. This is not a normal situation because at any time this failure occurs.
