My fan works on high. It doesn't work on any other setting. My heater works just fine. It blows cold and hot air. The windows fog up so bad.... and i cant get a consistent temp..... It has a delayed reaction when i change the settings. I switch it from defrost to foot setting and it takes 20-40 seconds to change. You can hear something click.
