I have a 1999 Dodge Stratus, and it won't start. I checked and the ASD has voltage going to it constantly. I think that it should but I'm not sure, is it supposed to do that? I think maybe it's supposed to be going to only one side if so, which side? Could someone please explain it to me?

AFTER THE O2 SENSOR WENT OUT, THE CAR WOULD DIE FROM TIME TO TIME. ONE DAY, IT DIED & NEVER CAME BACK ON. THE STEERING WHEEL & BRAKES LOCKED UP & IT SAID NO BUS WHERE THE MILEAGE GOES. SO WHEN I GET IT TOWED TO A SHOP, ITS THE IGNITION COIL. WHICH IS NOW OUT 6 MONTHS LATER. WORST CAR EVER, NO LIE.
