DAIMLER CHRYSLER ISSUED A SAFETY RECALL ON DEFECTIVE CLOCKSPRINGS IN DODGE VANS, PLYMOUTH VOYAGERS, CHRYSLER MINIVANS, ETC. FOR 1998-2000 VEHICLES.

I FEEL THAT THESE SAME CLOCKSPRINGS WERE STILL BEING USED. I HAVE CLASSIC SYMPTOMS OF A DEFECTIVE CLOCKSPRING (air bag light is on, no speed control, no horn) THAT HAVE BEEN RECALLED FOR A PART THAT HAS LEFT MY CAR UNSAFE AND DODGE KNOWS IT. I NEED NHTSA TO RECALL THIS EQUIPMENT. THIS IS A PART THAT SHOULD HAVE LASTED AND THE CLOCKSPRING ALONE WAS $260. (IN 2012) WITHOUT THE LABOR.
