Stratus SE 2.7L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 110,000 miles

This is a common problem with all dodge models and the factory has to come up with a reliable way to correct or at least report possible fix's to the general public just to save face. I had to replace cam and crank sensors with factory parts only.

Stratus

  • Automatic transmission
  • 146,000 miles

ok, i purchased a used 2004 Dodge Stratus this past Saturday, havent EVEN had it a good week yet, and I felt some jerking when i turned on the heat. So i cut the heat off to see if that would eleviate the problem and it DID NOT. I havent gotten any tune ups yet but my engine light came on and blinked the first time and went off, about a hour later, the engine light came BACK ON and stayed on. The car is very quiet no clunking, banging or nothin but when i drove it home from school, it started to jerk and act like it wanted to stall alittle and the engine light stayed on.

Anyone had this problem, i need help this is my DREAMCAR, and i plan on drivin it ALOT LONGER than just a wk for what i paid for it. THANKS... PLEASE HELP
