This car has many failing parts, minor & major, we don't think its normal. The electrical problems have been ongoing since shortly after auto was purchased by use (12/99). Our out-of-pocket expenses thus far approx. $2300. This car seems to be a big lemon! any information would be most welcome. Thank you.

Power windows would not operate for two minutes after car was started switch was replaced twice. Also, passenger's side seat belt becomes too tight and both sides have a hard time locking.
