One would think that Chrysler could/would place rotors in a Fiat with some semblance of quality, rather than to outfit the auto with sub-standard components. Although under warranty, dealer says rotors are no covered because they are a "wear item." Decent, quality rotors should last for more than 17,000 miles and, under these circumstances, should be replaced as a warranty item.
