Now it sits waits go to cary nc 11/29. Diag cost me $141 to see ? is now. Just had sparks/wires replaced two weeks ago. Please help

For something this serious, that is an unacceptable time frame.

I applied my clutch and the clutch pedal got stuck to the floor and did not want to return to the top. It has done it multiple times since then.
