The car was inspected by their dealership prior to being sold. Once the car was driven away I checked on a different site for recalls. I went to the dealership prior to the third day to get it fixed, and was sent home because they only services with an appointment. Although, upset I agreed hence the car had a new recall for the clutch, it was not a problem as these things happen. However, while the car was being serviced on my appointment date, the technician noted the car now had a leak from the main rear seal. The mechanics did not call me to tell me this, only that it needed new set of tires. Once I got home and started to read the poorly written notes, it is when I realize he had made an additional comment to the leak, while the manager only pointed out in person the notes were strictly noting to the tires and that all else was fine.
