I posted previously this problem but the excuse from the dealer was that I had to replicate the problem to them, after so many times that I went for a test drive with the dealer's foreman it finally did it( the jerking downshifting) so he told me to make an appointment to look into now that he something to work with. I tried to make the appt and the advisor told me that they cannot fix it because the car was made like that. So I am screwed in plain english. I call the Lemon Law Lawyer and he is dealing with the dealer now. Let see it would be cheaper for the dealer to fix the problem now they have to pay for the car and pay the lawyer very smart way to make business. good luck to the fiat owners and the new ones. they wont get me again but I love this car.
