While vehicle was moving in reverse, it suddenly accelerated forward and brake system failed to stop vehicle. Dealership did not examine vehicle to determine a cause for this problem.

While the foot was on the brake vehicle suddenly accelerated which caused an accident. Been to dealer, and dealer cannot determine the problem. Problem is still reoccurring. Also problem with closing the sliding door.
