I ordered a Ford Bronco in July 2020 and took delivery in April 2022. In September of 2022 with less than 3000 miles (yes, you read that right, less than 3000 miles) my brakes failed. I took it to the dealership and then the bull** starts - they say the part is on back order. I say what does that mean, maybe a few weeks? They say that was September 12 and it is now November 12 - no Bronco, just more bull*.
So I ask a simple question - how are they building Broncos if this brake part is on backorder? Are they shipping these bronco with no brakes or do they know about this brake problem and choose to ignore it? It makes no sense - how can a part be on backorder when they must be shipping them to the factory every day to build new Broncos. Again all I get is bull* from the dealership and when I call Ford that is even more bull* - every time you call Ford you get someone different, give them your case number and here comes the bull*.
What a joke - I have been buying Fords all my life and I am 69 but never again. If they get one hundred thousand unhappy customers like me maybe they will go back to building cars the way they used to - you know the ones that have brakes. Thanks for reading.
