The touchscreen goes blank. It usually happens after backup camera stays on for extended period, a few blocks to a mile or so.

It's frustrating because there is no changing the radio other than to shut it off. There are no apps that connect, which include the blue tooth and navigation system. This has been going on since May of 2024 and yet NO fix. I have had it in several times and of course then it works for the mechanic and they say there is nothing to do, but in a few days or weeks it happens again. I have downloaded the Sync 3 patch to supposedly correct the problem and instead it seems to happen more frequently. It is so bad, I am thinking of trading off the car for that reason alone!
