Got a flat on the right front tire. I pulled over on level concrete area. The vehicle was off, in park, and parking brake "appeared" to be on. Using the the vehicle's jack, I jacked the vehicle up and had taken the flat off. The vehicle rolled back and off the jack and the disk break crashed to the concrete. I checked the parking break and made sure the vehicle was in park and it was. I jacked it up again. As I was starting to replace the spare, the vehicle rolled back again and could have pinned my hand between the fender and the spare tire. A passerby stopped the a floor jack and a chulk and we changed the tire. First, the base of the jack is too narrow and the vehicle was not stable. This was an ideal location to change a tire and still was a disaster.

The floor board is missing underneath the driver's side. I can see what looks like gears. Not quite sure. Difficulty with braking. Hard to stop. I hear flapping noises coming from rear of vehicle when driving. Not quite if it's the suspension
