My Ford Bronco Sport windshield cracked without a any sign of impact. The crack on the windshield just appeared overnight just below the area of the rearview mirror. There is no sign of a chip that could have explained how the crack would have started to expand. Maybe a stress crack from the factory? After doing a quick online search it appears that similar issue has happened to other 2023 Ford Bronco Sports.

The contact owns a 2023 Ford Bronco Sport. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 MPH, the front windshield cracked without impact. The contact noticed four cracks. There were several stress lines. The crack extended from the rear-view mirror toward the passenger-??s and driver's side. The contact called the local dealer, but the vehicle was not diagnosed. The windshield was not replaced. The manufacturer was notified about the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,000.
