It took 2 days for the dealer to test the car and tell me that the EV range may vary after each charging event (SSM 46298). Well, it didn't vary for 5 and 1/2 years, and now it consistently will only charge to 9.
I purchased in TX, where EVs are more common and there is more experience. I have now moved to Kentucky and I they are not doing anything that impresses me at all. I think they are trying to stall until my warranty is up, but my extended warranty covers me to 125K miles or 2/22/21. So, they are going to have to get used to me. I'm debating driving it back to Texas while the warranty is still in effect.
