Have never had a problem with lug nuts. 2 different Ford dealers told me the lug nuts are corroded and needed to be replaced. First time was a damaged tire - they could not replace without cutting off lug nuts and I needed to pay to replace them. 6 months later, I had another Ford dealer rotate tires and had to replace all the lug nuts. I paid $7.40 each for 15 new lug nuts that they will replace free if I come back with the same problem within 2 years. The car has less than 50,000 miles!!
