the motor revs up and down after i start it...while it's in park and i'm not touching the gas pedal. it also does it when i drive down the road and sometimes shuts off when i come to a stop.

The transmission shifts hard in first and second gear after the car heats up. It has been in the shop 6 weeks. Solenoid was replaced, drum was replaced and still not fixed.

This is a repeat of a problem that I thought Ford had already fixed. Again, while driving on the highway (110-120 kms/hr) the car started rev'ing the engine, accelerating and then shifting hard. This happened after I had just filled the car up (not sure if there's any connection).
