The vehicle in front of me, due to a faulty strap/hook on the motorcycle carrier, lost its mountain bike. I could not stop in time, destroyed the bike and did slight damage to my bumper. Please tell me if there are any controls or rules for the safe manufacture of bicycle carriers??.....thank you!
