Crown Victoria 8-cyl

Premature? headlight plastic cloudiness, and decreased light transfer. This happened with a previous Mercury vehicle (1990 Sable) and now on 1996 Ford Crown Victoria. Headlights were excellent when newer, now the clouding of the plastic lenses has reduced the effectiveness of the headlights at night. Dealer advises that this is normal and that the repair is new lenses at customer expense.

The vehicle has many more problems that are not listed and they started shortly after purchase. I have all the records with correct dates, times, mileages, and etc. Of all the problems.
