Hub caps fell off while driving vehicle. Hub cap fell off the right rear tire a couple of days ago. Not sure when the hub cap on the right front tire fell off. The hub cap on that tire has been replaced.

Wheel cover/hubcap cover pins become frayed after usage, causing hubcaps to come lose while driving. This causes hubcaps to become projectiles, possibly causing accidents and injury.

After having been taken off vehcile several times, wheel cover/hubcaps pins which secure hubcap to wheel become frayed. This causes hupcaps to eject off vehicle while traveling. Hubcaps thereby becomes a projectile possibly causing injury.
