The contact owns a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria. The contact was driving approximately 10 mph when the vehicle exhibited a loud bang. The vehicle was pulled over and upon examination he noticed that the front passenger side tire was slanted inward toward the vehicle. In addition, the frame was severely rusted. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 146,013.
