Crown Victoria Interceptor 4.6L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 115,000 miles

This was pretty scary when it happened because I was on a 24 mile causeway when this happened. Luckily I was close to getting off the bridge. Sounded like I was back firing as I was coming off the bridge. Called my mechanic and he knew what was wrong by looking at it. He said this was very common on Interceptors.
