Paint is bubbling and flaking off. Ford says not their responsibility, areas are from the size of a 1/8inch to a area 6 inches in somewhat of a circle... since paint blew off and looks so bad I have tried a fix but paint does not want to adhere.... I see a tsb on this but Ford says it is not for my particular vehicle> wonder why tsb is about paint bubbling, but does not say a certain serial number...
