Seatbelt latch will not connect and the gong that reminds me to fasten it keeps going off as I drive very distracting and unsafe! first noticed it in the morning while starting it to drive it to work.

Air bag light came on when vehicle was started and did not turn off. Dealer diagnosed it to be a seat belt tensioner switch and repaired it a cost of $700.+ light went out.6 months later light came and dealer diagnosed it to be the drivers seat belt tensioner this time, cost to repair $700+. needless to say it has not been replaced. I feel this is a safety issue Ford needs to address with a recall or reimburse owners this cost which is to high in my estimation.
