The contact owns a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria. The current mileage was 40000. While driving 70 mph under normal driving conditions the vehicle spun into a ditch. The driver was injured and flown to the hospital. The passenger side rear tire tread separated causing the accident. There was nothing in the road. The tire was a Goodyear Eagle with 6000 miles. The amount of tread on the tire was unknown. Pictures and a police report are available. VIN and dot information was not available. Updated 02-01-08.
